How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time for domestic orders is anywhere from 5-8 business days. Once your order has been carefully packaged you will receive an email with an automated tracking number, that number will be updated once the DHL picks your order up from the warehouse.

How long do International orders take?

International orders that are shipped via DHL can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks before they are delivered.

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping costs for German addresses: 8.00 € (shipping via DHL + packaging materials)
International Shipping: 18.00 € (shipping via DHL + packaging materials)

How can I pay?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

My order arrived but the print was damaged

Prints are carefully packed in cardboard mailing tubes, but sometimes it can happen that through the shipping the package and/or the print gets damaged. Just send me a mail and describe the damage (optimal with photos of the print attached) and I will send you as soon as possible a new print.

What exactly does "limited edition" mean?

Some of my prints in my shop are only limited edition, which means that I only make a very small quantity of each print, usually less than twenty copies. Once a print is sold out, it's discontinued and typically never made available again. Every print I sell is hand-numbered and signed by myself as well.

How are your fine art giclee prints made?

My digital fine art prints are produced in-house with the Epson SC-P600 printer and UltraChrome HD pigment inks

What type of paper do you use for your limited edition fine art prints?

Images are printed on Archival Matte Paper (Photo Rag 308) by the traditional German paper manufacturing company “Hahnemühle” – acid-free 100% cotton paper with a smooth, natural-white finish. The paper is Heavy Weight (308 gsm).
